The architecture balances elegance and restraint. A discreet setback from the street gives the building a singular, residential scale, while landscaped gardens by John Patrick complement the refined façade. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and signature bathroom skylights contribute to a sense of openness and calm throughout.
Each townhouse enjoys direct lift access from a private basement garage, underscoring the project’s focus on convenience, privacy, and premium living.
Our Role
Appointed after planning approval, our role was to refine the interiors and elevate the project’s functionality and amenity.
Working within the existing envelope, we reimagined the internal layouts to optimise spatial flow and usability—expanding master suites, improving storage integration, and introducing flexible spaces such as studies, walk-in laundries, and bars for entertaining. Every decision was guided by the goal of enhancing daily comfort and creating homes that feel tailored, timeless, and practical.
While the architectural form remained unchanged, our work focused on elevating how these spaces are experienced—delivering improved livability through clarity of planning and thoughtful detailing.
