Voyage Altona is a multi-residential development in Melbourne’s west, currently under construction and scheduled for completion in late 2025. Our involvement began after the builder was appointed—marking a significant and rewarding return to the project after initially missing out on the commission.
Our Role
We first submitted a design proposal and fee for Voyage but were not appointed at the time. A year later, our client returned to us for assistance in getting the project built—an outcome that speaks volumes about our reputation in the industry as trusted architects who know how to deliver.
Engaged post-builder appointment, our role focused on preparing construction documentation and ensuring a smooth transition from design to delivery. Having worked closely with both the client and consultant team on previous projects, we were able to move quickly and efficiently, maintaining design integrity and buildability throughout the process.
