Punt Hill Apartments was a rewarding collaboration that saw our team step in post-permit to deliver full construction documentation, construction services and assist with a redesign that expanded the development from 60 to 90 serviced apartments. Working with a trusted group of builders and consultants, we refined apartment layouts to improve liveability and efficiency within a hotel context—a new and exciting challenge for our studio.
